Prepare clean recipient data and produce a reliable certificate ZIP package.
Use the required columns
The first row must include ID and Full Name. Each recipient ID must be present and unique.
Review validation results
Fix missing values, duplicate IDs, or excessive field lengths before entering the placement step.
Design for long names
Use the longest uploaded recipient name in Place & Style and review the three name-length previews before export.
Keep exports manageable
Cgenerate accepts up to 1,000 recipient rows per file. Split larger events into separate exports for predictable browser performance.
